Key responsibilities include securing competitive market terms, conducting quarterly loss ratio reviews, and facilitating strategic renewals. The role requires close liaison with insurers to negotiate favourable terms, supporting the sales team in preparing tailored proposals, and leading client education sessions to optimize product utilization.
