Key Responsibilities
Manage the Motor Insurance department, including underwriting and claims operations.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
Review corporate inquiries, assess associated risks, and advise the team on market quotations.
Handle inquiries from management, including obtaining competitive quotes and assisting VIP clients with claims.
Liaise with insurance companies and meet with them to secure required terms and support business growth.
Support the sales team by attending client meetings as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor insurance, including team leadership, underwriting, and claims management.
Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policy wording, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, VIP members, and insurers.
High degree of motivation, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant insurance software.
UAE experience preferred.
Willingness to work full-time from the office in Abu Dhabi.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
