Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on business development activities and strategic projects.

  • Create project plans and manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

  • Develop and implement product management activities, including strategic planning, brand building, and product development plans.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, IT, and Operations, to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise during the course of a project.

  • Register patents, copyrights, and trademarks with relevant authorities and departments.

  • Review all project documents such as scope statements, schedules, presentations, intellectual properties, and others.

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

  • Manage team members involved in business development to ensure they are working effectively toward set goals.

  • Participate in both internal and external meetings with relevant parties.

  • Make strategic decisions regarding all new business elements and factors.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of Business Development experience.

  • UAE experience preferred.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Willing to work full-time from the office in Abu Dhabi.

  • Immediate availability is mandatory.

  • Female candidate.

  • Arabic speaker, native or fluent in both spoken and written Arabic.

  • Able to motivate others, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize business needs.

  • Proficient in Microsoft  Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and  OneNote, as well as other related operating systems.
