Senior Sales Professionals
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
•Identify and approach potential clients for insurance products.
•Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Sales Conversion:
•Present, promote, and sell insurance products
•Understand Client needs and recommend Suitable Solutions
Relationship management:
•Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
•Provide excellent post-sales support and policy servicing
Target achievement:
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales Targets
•Track and report sales performance regularly
Market Awareness:
•Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities
•Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements
Team Collaboration:(
•Mentor junior sales staff and assist in team training
•Help define and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
•Proven sales experience (insurance industry preferred)
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to meet targets and build client relationships
•UAE driving license is a plus
•For Senior Sales: Ability to meet targets and build client relationships
