Role Description
Abu Dhabi Insurance Brokers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Client Relationship and Claims Senior Associate. This role involves managing client relationships, processing insurance claims, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our operations and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
•Assist in onboarding new clients and provide support for their insurance needs.
•Conduct due diligence studies
Sourcing Quotes and Comparisons:
•Approach insurance companies to source quotes for various insurance needs.
•Prepare detailed quote comparisons to assist clients in making informed decisions.
•Ensure all quotes and terms are accurate and aligned with client requirements.
Policy Renewals:
•Process renewals on time to ensure continuity of coverage for clients.
•Carry out pre-renewal meetings with clients and insurers
Claims Handling:
•Process and monitor insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
•Liaise with insurers, clients, and third parties to ensure timely and efficient claim settlements.
•Review and verify claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Policy Support:
•Provide assistance with policy-related inquiries, including renewals, endorsements, and amendments.
•Ensure all client documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulations.
Administrative Support:
•Maintain detailed records of client interactions, claims, and correspondence.
•Prepare reports and summaries for internal use and client reference.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
•Insurance Qualifications from Chartered Insurance Institute, American Institute for CPCU, MBA in insurance, MS in insurance is a plus.
•Prior experience in insurance brokerage or insurers.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance software systems.
